If you register, but subsequently realise that you cannot attend, please then cancel your registration (via the same Eventbrite site).
Terms and Conditions
With your registration for UX Day Graz 2017, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the following terms and conditions:
- Organiser
The organiser of this event is the Institute of Interactive Systems and Data Science (ISDS), Graz University of Technology, located in Graz, Austria.
- Video Recording and Photographs
Parts of the event will be recorded on audio and video. Photographs will be taken during the event. These recordings and photographs may be published on the internet or elsewhere. You explicitly agree that you may be filmed and/or photographed, that all rights belong to the organiser, and that any such recordings or photographs may be published.
- House Rules
You agree to abide by the rules of the hosting institution, Graz University of Technology, in particular:
- Right of Removal
The organiser reserves the right to remove anyone from the event and from the buildings and campus of Graz University of Technology, without the need to give reasons for such removal.
- Liability
The organiser accepts no liability for accuracy, timeliness, correctness, or completeness in respect to the event, its web site, documentation, or associated correspondance. Futhermore, the organiser assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the event.
- Cancellation
Should the event have to be cancelled, the organiser accepts no liability for any costs or expenses incurred.
- Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
- Disputes
All agreements between the organiser and event participants and all disputes which may arise between the organiser and event participants shall be exclusively subject to Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction shall be Graz, unless otherwise required by Austrian law.
